The Property is given multiple online equipment procurement options. HotelKey Consultants guide the Property management team in selecting an option best suited for their business needs and budget. The Hotel staff orders equipment online which is tracked by both HotelKey and the Hotel staff until successful delivery.
The HotelKey Implementation team creates and delivers a training property to the Hotel staff. At their convenience, the Hotel staff can access this training Property and become familiar with the HotelKey system.
The HotelKey Implementation team tracks the successful delivery of all equipment including Credit Card terminals and schedules time with the Property to install this equipment at the Front desk. Equipment Installation guides are also provided during this phase of the implementation process.
On the completion of successful training, system setup and equipment installation, the HotelKey Implementation Team goes through a data conversion process where mutually agreed upon data from an existing system is brought into HotelKey. A go-live date is set after this, and the Property transitions to the HotelKey system and a cut over process is completed on the go-live date.
